It is the marginal sea with an area of 3,500,000 square kilometers. This is considered as the valuable because of the innate oil and gas reserve as well as the majority of world shipping occurs in this zone. There are 250 uninhabited isolated islands in the sea. It is located at the south from china. Various adjoining countries claim the area of the south china as their own. This is the prime cause of the tension situation. The people Republic of China claims all the area of the South China Sea as their own.



As all the area is South China Sea is officially claimed by the China that makes any intruder under the Chinese radar. China having the well equipped military and second large economy in the world can trigger grave tension. Recently, holding of the United States military drone is the part of this process.
