The tornado is the violent rotation of the air extended from the cumulonimbus cloud and to the earth surface. They are also commonly referred to as Twisters, cyclones, and whirlwinds. The rotation of the air is not visible whereas the visibility is due to condensation of water droplets in the cloud.

They are considered dangerous because predicting of the appearance and size is very difficult and might not get noticed by the expert materialist.

Normally tornado has the speed of 180 kilometers per hour and the speed can rises to higher than 480 kilometers in an hour.

The diameter of the tornado varies. A small tornado has the diameter of 80 meters and the larger tornado has the diameter of more than 3,000 meters.

The Enhanced Fujita (EF) scale is used to measure the damage caused by the tornado. The EF0 did not damage to the infrastructure whereas EF5 Tornado can rip buildings off the foundation.
